Scouting is organized in layers, and each layer has its own events. Pack and den meetings are the most important to attend. Council and district events are optional (and fun!). Choose the “Pack Event” cagetory to view just the Pack Events. Contact your den leader for den activities.

Welcome Back Kick-Off Party Details

Please join us for our annual Welcome Back Kick-Off Party! It’s a great opportunity for returning families to reconnect, new families to meet the Pack 39 community, and everyone to start the Scouting year together.

When: Sunday, August 30, 2026 | 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Where: West Rim Neighborhood Park (2603 Westlake Dr, Austin, TX)
What: Bouncy water slide, fishing, snow cones, ball games, and catching up with fellow Scout families!
Attire: Come dressed in swim trunks/swimsuits, Class B t-shirts, or comfortable outdoor clothes!

What to Bring:

Camp chairs
Reusable cup for drinks
Swimsuit & towel
