Parent Required
A parent or guardian is required to accompany their Lion & Tiger Scouts to all Pack and Den events. There are no drop off events for this age group.
The Cost of Scouting
There are two fees you pay for scouting. There is an annual fee for registering with the Nation BSA program, and there is a fee for registering with Pack 39. These fees are paid seperatly.
Additionally, we start our scouting year with our Popcorn Fundraiser. This helps pay for many of our events and activities through the year.
New Scouts receive a “Class-B” shirt, but all scouts are required to purchase a “Class-A” uniform. With the exception of the Lion (Kinder) shirt, most scouts use the same uniform for several years. These can be bought online or at the local BSA Scout Store.
